MMWWco PROJECT AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Mischievous Metals and WoodWright Co. (“MMWWco”), 409 East 4th Street, Stromsburg, Nebraska 68666, and the client named on this checkout.
1. Spec. The client agrees to the table options shown on this order — style, wood, finish, size, base (paint, stain, or distressed where offered), benches if any, and any notes written here. That spec is what we will mill and finish.
2. Timeline. Production tables are built to order. Shop time is about 8–10 weeks from the day the 50% deposit clears, then about 10–15 business days in transit, unless we write a different date. Semi-custom is about 10–12 weeks in the shop. Full custom is about 12–16 weeks from a signed spec. Holidays and material delays can add time. We will tell you if the date moves.
3. Deposit. A 50% deposit holds a place on the production line. The remaining 50% is due before the table leaves the shop (delivery or pickup).
4. Changes and additions. If the client changes the spec after this deposit — wood, size, finish, base, leaves, inlay, benches, chairs, delivery, or anything else — MMWWco may change the price and the timeline. Work already done is billed. We will write the new number before we continue.
5. Materials. Hardwood and steel are natural. Grain, mineral streak, knots, and weld character are part of the piece, not defects.
6. Chairs. Chairs are sold separately. They are not included in the table price unless a chair line is written on this order.
7. Delivery. White-glove delivery, if purchased, is our team delivering, setting, and cleaning. Quoted from $495. Standard freight is curbside unless written otherwise.
8. Refresh warranty. An extended refresh warranty, if purchased with this order ($395), is five years and one shop refresh of a table we built.
9. Cancellation. If the client cancels in writing before milling begins, the deposit is refundable less design and material costs already incurred. After milling begins, the deposit is applied to work done and is not fully refundable.
10. Payment. Deposits and balances may be paid through Shop Pay and the payment methods Shop accepts: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank / ACH where offered.
