MMWWco had it's challenges right from the start. A blighted eyesore in a rural, small community in Stromsburg needed to be reclaimed and preserved to maintain its historical value and story while boasting a modernized and custom designed build.

THE COVE

Lot No.1

The exterior of The Cove has a simple house designs look, but this floor plan packs enough space to house a growing family. The perfect homes have floor plans that can grow with your family. The Cove has three bedrooms and laundry tucked under dormers upstairs. Fine great room style living downstairs has a generous wrap around porch to double your family gathering space.

THE COTTAGE

This open floor cottage style home combines practicality with charm in a spacious great room. A connected kitchen and living space flow comfortably in this open concept. The large ground floor master suite, walk-in closet, and additional powder room are tucked behind the stairs leading up to two bedrooms, a shared full bath, and laundry. Exterior details are simple, yet attractive and highlighted by a 9 by 26 ft front porch. Optional garage with bonus room.
